Out and in a less than 30 min. Great customer care and experience with Jacob. Went in for a state inspection.

Our annual inspection was provided by courteous employees in a very clean facility AND with no pressure to purchase unneeded services. They continue to earn our loyalty.

We received excellent customer service to get our emissions testing ss required by state law. While we were there went ahead and did a complimentary check of maintenance items and listed a few items that needed attention. This service was greatly appreciated. The prices to get some of the services done, however, were grossly inflated

In and out quickly

I question the validity of the cabin filter replacement. I had full service done at 60,000 miles at Sewell Audi with cabin filter replacement.

Diagnosed my brake fluid as needing a flush. New tires were needed which I did get elsewhere. I was told I needed a new battery and quoted a price of $638. I had the battery checked at an AutoZone and there was nothing wrong with it.

Did an emissions check and service was swift and in a jiffy. Great place and clean too.

Good service. Just don't be in a hurry. 1 hour for inspection. Really no one in front of me.

They are always very friendly. However, after being told I needed certain, somewhat expensive maintenance work done on my vehicle, I took it to our regular mechanic for a 2nd opinion and discovered it was not true. I do not like being mislead about issues with my vehicle that are costly, especially during this time of economic instability. I would just caution everyone not to take their word for everything they recommend. Small and/or large

I am a returning customer at this Jiffy Lube location on FM 1488 in Conroe, Texas. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Today I came in for an oil change for my Lincoln. The gentleman provided excellent customer service. Also he applied a $25 coupon that I found on line. The price that I paid was very reasonable for the Full Synthetic Oil Change and I will definitely keep going to Jiffy Lube in the future!

I pulled up 15 min after closing.(Not knowing the Covivid 19 hour changes) I offered to come back but they insisted I stay and allow them to perform my oil change. Thanks guys!
