Fantastic experience. Very convenient and efficient. Staffing is friendly. Everything was explained to me simply and made me feel really comfortable with my purchase. What more can you ask for. Will be bringing my other cars to the location regularly.

I always have a great experience at the Jiffy Lube on Basswood, and Kurt and Chandler are a big reason why. This is the only location I go to because they consistently provide the best prices, great discounts, and excellent customer service every single time. They’re professional, honest, and make the whole process quick and easy. I never feel pressured into extra services, and they always take the time to explain things clearly if I have questions. It’s hard to find a place you can truly trust with your car, but this team has earned that trust. Highly recommend this location!

The guys helped me get my daughters’ skid plate put back on her Volkswagen. All the gentlemen were super nice and helpful. I can’t thank them enough. Great service and man were they busy. The manager was on top of every vehicle in the bays and the teamwork was moving. Cars in and out like clockwork. Thanks guys

I came in because I needed a new cabin filter and engine filter. I came in and Johnathan was so helpful. He replaced both and was super nice about it even though replacing my cabin filter was a pain in the butt! Johnathan was kind, patient and he worked fast!! Also, there was another gentleman that was there that was super nice too but I didn’t get his name. I would definitely recommend this location just because of this experience.

Johnathan and Ty was fantastic with helping me get my oil plug replaced, that I messed up. Super friendly and courteous. I will definitely be back for any problems I have in the future. I would definitely recommend coming to this shop for any tire or oil changes

Quick, fast and shout out to Ed for the help with efficiency and customer service.

Had a very pleasant visit.I was immediately greeted by Edgar (Ed?) He took me inside as I waited for an oil change. They kept me informed and ask before they did a nything. I am 71 and really appreciated they treated like a human and not someone " out to pasture". I will be going back.

Jiffy Lube was very fast and efficient!!!! Coming from a guy that delivers parts to them from O Reilly’s, they did a great job at getting me in and out quick. Great job guys and keep up the fantastic service for your customers ??????

Staff was great. Super friendly and efficient! The service manager observed that I had just come from the car wash, and was sure to inform my technician to ensure they didn’t leave any dirty handprints on the hood. I’m not the type of person that would care if they did, but their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. They knocked out an oil change, air filter replacement and coolant top off in no time. I will use this location in the future! Thanks again.

The Assistant Manager Colby and his staff provided top tier service on my vehicle here at the Basswood location. A Jiffy Lube in Forest Hill, TX had apparently previously damaged my oil housing assembly. The Forest Hill location that had serviced my vehicle prior was not willing to really make anything right. I took it to Colby and not only did they fix the oil housing assembly, but they helped me out with the oil change as well. I will be taking all of my vehicles there from now on. They did not make any excuses and were honest with me and even though they weren't the ones that made the mistake, they fixed it with no hesitation.

I got an oil change from the nicest most hard working woman Lina Fowler, that woman works like no one else and whatever’s she’s getting paid she needs a raise cause all these other car places play but she don’t AND THATS ON MY MOMMA

Thank you to Kurt! He was quick with the service and taught me something new about test strips and what to look out for. Definitely the only person I’m trusting to do my brake fluid changes

Fantastic staff and fast, accurate service. I got the full 30,000 mile workspace. Oil change, tire rotation, brake fluid flush, transmission fluid flush, new wiper blades, cabin filter and they also helped by securing my loose mud flap. All of these services took only about an hour. The dealership could NEVER beat this place time! Friendly staff as well.
