Went to go get air in my tires and Christian was a great help.Making sure all four tires were good and really good customer service provided.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and made sure to keep us in the loop on each step of the process.

I've been taking our cars there since not long after they opened. There very courteous and helpful there. They're knowledgeable about what we need, and didn't need. I just got a new vehicle, and this shop is where I'll be taking it for routine maintenance.

GREAT SERVICE, STAFF AND location!

My experience was awesome. Staff super friendly. Im actually taking my car back in to get the rotors fixed. The price is slightly higher than most. Definitely worth the dollars to make sure its done right.

Had come to put air in my tires due to the cold weather they were pretty low. To my surprise they did a complimentary service! So awesome. Thanks again jiffy lube! Definitely coming back to this location.

Very quick service! I went in for an oil change, and was offered coffee and water while I waited, but before the machine finished brewing, they had already gotten me ready to go! Javier was a very polite and welcoming guy, and I'm sure to come back.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly! I had to go back to Jiffy after arriving at my mother’s, due to a constant beep when I shut the car off. They told me to come back and with their expertise we realized that the beep was because of my lights. ?? All three guys came out to the car and we had a good laugh!

The guys at Jiffy Lube were awesome! I had my brakes and rotors replaced. It took awhile but I knew it would. They were very polite and the shop was very clean. Offered water or coffee. They also opened doors for me. Very respectful and polite. I will return and recommend them.

Rivera, David, and another associate helped me out with an issue i had on my car. They were very helpful and also put air in my tires. Everyone was very nice and kind.

I'm from San Antonio, but use Jiffy Lube back home all the time. Today for the second time I stopped by Jiffy Lube in McAllen after having issues with my truck. To my surprise, I ran into the GM Javier, who left me with a great impression at a different Jiffy Lube about 2 years ago! I still remember him, his team and the great service I was given then and they did not disappoint this time around. My technician Ruben was great and went above and beyond to do my coolant flush, explaining every step and giving me pointers along the way. My father was with me and even decided to return on his own tomorrow with my sister's truck. Rivera was great too, doing my in take and answering all my questions at the start. I've never been disappointed by Jiffy Lube in McAllen, nor by Javier and his team. This is the reason I keep using Jiffy Lube!
