They were great! Kept me informed the entire time about what was needed and not necessary to be done yet, but what would need done later and when. Also let me know the total after tax for everything I decided to add on. They did not once make me feel pressured to add anything on. Just an all around great experience. I will be back.

I cannot say enough good things about this business! I tried them for the first time this morning and let me tell you. Service was top notch. They were fast, friendly, and explained every process before completing any work. I highly recommend trying them and will definitely be taking all my vehicles here from now on.

Quick, Fast, And Informative.

The team of two technicians and the manager did a thorough inspection and gave me an honest assessment of my 21 year old Toyota Tundra truck. They recommended just what was needed and no more. This is my second year going to this Jiffy Lube. I started with them as soon as they opened. As long as the provide the quality that I have experienced, I will continue getting my oil changes there. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

I want to give a well deserved five star review to the Jiffy Lube location in Texarkana, especially to the technician Greg. I came to this location because I experienced a serious issue after an oil change at the Little Rock location. During a long drive, my dashboard warning alerted me to low oil pressure. When I checked, my engine oil was completely empty. At the Texarkana location, Greg took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle and quickly found the cause of the problem. He showed me that the oil filter had two gaskets installed, meaning the old gasket was not removed during the oil change in Little Rock. This caused all of my oil to leak out while I was on the road. Greg was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, showed me the issue firsthand, and handled the situation with urgency and care. His attention to detail likely prevented serious engine damage. Although my experience at the Little Rock location was extremely concerning, the service I received in Texarkana restored my confidence. Greg’s professionalism, honesty, and expertise turned a stressful and potentially costly situation into a positive experience. I am very grateful for his help and highly recommend the Texarkana location because of him.
