Great store, wonderful service and outstanding work.

These guys are outstanding!! Story: brought my wife's Alfa Romeo in. They took their time to do it right given the uncommon nature of the vehicle and when done, the electronic oil level gauge wasn't reading correctly. They guaranteed they had put in the 5.5 qts so I drove it home. Two days later, the stupid gauge STILL read "empty oil" (no dip stick on these). I added a quart and a half myself - out of fear, and took it back to them. When I arrived guess what? The gauge was working! Only this time, it warned "over full" (my bad). The guys didn't blink; they took it in, drained the excess, made sure we were good to go, and didn't charge me a dime for fixing my own mistake. Strongly recommend this crew as being highly ethical!!

Great service! I came in for an oil change and inspection, and the whole process only took about 10 minutes. Taylor was one of the employees who helped me, and he was very nice. Everyone there was friendly, helpful, and made the experience quick and easy.

Was driving through weatherford on my way home and was having a tire issue.The gentleman looked at my tire and helped me quickly and friendly would recommend them very highly

Went for an inspection, and they never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. The service was honest and fast. That's all I can ask for :) also, one of the techs gave me so much helpful info about car maintenance, but didn't try to push their services. They earned my business in the future for sure.

I appreciate your team?? timely and professional manners . The waiting area is a little small , could use more window tint from the sun ?? Repaired a tire that had a nail in it ! Prices are high everywhere. I appreciate that you could do the job ! I usually go to firestone , through the years I can't get in there in a time manner ! Thank you Ms. Butterfield

Very friendly staff, service was quick.

Everyone was very helpful & kind, wait time was very reasonable. Pricing was not bad. The only small problem that I had was that my cabin filter & glove box were not put back together. So I had to ask for help before leaving. Then there was still a piece that got missed, but I didn't notice until after I had left. But overall, a pleasant experience.

Just needed an oil change. I hadn’t been there for a good while. They did a great job and were very thorough. Their price is a little high, but they explained that they’re more than just an oil change business.

Quick and easy, very polite and helpful.

I was over at tractor supply when I noticed that my tire was very flat- 5 PSI. Jiffy lube was down the road, & they had an air tank. When I pulled up they came right out with the hose ready to go. I had a trailer full of fencing and couldn't actually pull into the bay. They had me pull alongside the building so that they could take the tire off and patch it. I know that discount doesn't it for free but having them do it in 15 minutes for $30 was well worth it. I'd rather spend $30 instead of 2 hours. They're very polite and understanding especially considering how bad my tire was.

Everyone was amazing. I wish I could remember the man that greeted me at my car and helped me with air filters and the oil change. He helped me with my questions and was very kind. Usually places like this, just try to brush me off bc I am a woman but he took the time to explain things to me. He was amazing!

I had a terrible and I mean terrible experience with take 5 today went to jiffy lube explained my situation and they got me fixed up and rolling again. I cannot express how happy I am with the service I got from the weatherford Texas store, not only was it literally 5 minutes before they pulled my car in ( that’s 2 hours sooner than take 5 had taken to get my vehicle in) they didn’t try to upsell me on anything. They understood that I was so upset with a competitor That getting me in and out was the upmost priority. Again I cannot put into words how much the speedy and honest service that I received today ( feb 1st 2026) means. obviously I am able to perform my own vehicle maintenance but because jiffy lube has been honest fast and comfortable they will forever have my business at this store I will also send my wife there. I hope someone sees this and shares this with this store. You have a team of fine gentleman that knows how to work on cars and handle customers. I am a customer for life. I hope they’re proud of what they do. Because I am proud to have a safe honest place to take my vehicles. To the people at the weatherford store thank you

Friendly fast service!

They were fast..however, even though the sign on building next to the front door said (as well as the website), "stay in your car or relax in our lounge", they asked me to get out of the car. Really irked me. Plus, they didn't even fill the wiper fluid so it makes me wonder if they checked all the fluid levels they were really supposed to check. Won't be going back to this location again.

Great service

I'm in home health care. So my car is my livelihood. I wake up this morning to go to work my oil light stinging even though it says I have 80% oil life. Mind you I have a 2022 Acura ILX that I've only had since August so the car is very brand new under 40000 miles. When I leave from a client I noticed a huge oil puddle. I look up underneath the car to notice that oil is pouring out. Amongst my panic I look for the nearest mechanic oil changing place. I explained to the guy when I arrive. The situation and if they could just please check it out for me as my car again is my livelihood and that I had just had an oil change done not that long ago at the dealership where I'm buying the car from. The guy is super sweet I'm very understanding about my concerns while I'm in a panic. They pulled the car in and right off hand yes there's a ton of oil all up underneath my car . Drain plugs tight oil filters tight. The guys look up underneath the car and noticed that the oil is pouring out from the oil filter itself. The managers were also very understanding and very helpful and tried to ease my mind to the fact that I was is in good hands. I'm calling the dealership during all this and they're telling me I have to have the car towed to them at my expense. Short story the guys replace the oil filter top it off pressure test it and no more leaks. So I am very grateful to the guys that work there. I will be going there from now on. I will not be going to the dealership in Arlington anymore because if that's their customer service telling me I have to tow it at my expense to look at something that possibly they did wrong on a faulty part that they put on my car.
