I had a really positive experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to an employee named Riley. Even though it was very late, Riley greeted me right away with a friendly attitude and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. He opened my car door and the shop door for me, which was a small gesture but made a big difference. He didn’t pressure me with any services and recommended exactly what I needed. Riley was extremely kind and professional throughout the interaction. He took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and safe about my purchase and answered my questions without making me feel rushed, even though it was late in the day. It’s clear he genuinely cares about customers and their experience. Great customer service like this is hard to find, especially late at night. Riley’s kindness and professionalism really stood out and made my visit to Jiffy Lube a great one.

First time today getting an oil change and was greeted immediately by Rami. He asked what I needed and walked me to the waiting room and gave me a water. Came in for an oil change and the staff was hands down the friendliest service staff I’ve seen in the DMV area. I’m used to “southern hospitality” as I recently moved here and they certainly surpassed my expectations. Rami was polite professional and well spoken. 10/10 experience.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube this past Sunday. The oil change was quick and efficient, and the team was very thorough. They didn’t just change the oil — they also checked all the other fluids and did a basic maintenance inspection of the engine, which I really appreciated. Even going on a Sunday, it only took about 1 hour and 20 minutes from start to finish, which felt reasonable considering how busy weekends can be. The staff was professional and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back!
