Just there in need of windshield wiper replacement. The staff was helpful and prompt. Sam was particularly helpful and guided me through decisions about care for my subaru. Grateful for the advice!

I've been coming to this JIffy Lube on Berkmar Drive for years and they never fail to impress me. All of the staff that I have observed and had contact with have been professional. knowledgeable, exceedingly polite and responsive to all of my questions and/or concerns. Today was no exception. I interacted with several staff and they were all terrific. Sammie is the only name I picked up from the group, but they were all spot on helpful. Sammie took on a couple of issues I was concerned about and brought them to a successful conclusion and kept me informed every step of the way. I'm not inclined to write reviews, but I'm making an exception for today. All of the team including Sammie at Jiffy Lube Berkmar Drive are showing up to deliver. I have confidence in them and I enjoy going there. I'm not the only one. Another customer who I didn't know was waiting on her car. She commented to me out of the blue how impressed she was with the team. I heartily agreed and made a new friend at Jiffy Lube today. Keep showing up! You got the stuff!

Sam at the Berkmar location in Charlottesville is the most kind, patient and knowledgeable csa in helping me get my car back to tip top shape. I very much recommend to come to this location and if you're lucky to catch Sam in the office, you will leave 100% satisfied. The team here seems very organized and helpful with the right amount of charm and very interactive with you making sure your vehicle is taken care of.

There was no wait time, it just took a few minutes for my oil change. Nice friendly service technicians. I will use this jiffy lube again.

I had an overall great experience. I came in when they first opened in the morning. Cheyenne and Thomas were the only ones there and they were great! Thomas welcomed me with a warm smile and great attitude and informed me that they were the only 2 there and they will try to get me out as soon as they could. Deshawn and Frazier came in not time and immediately started working and helping them with the fleet of cars they had right at opening. Cheyenne checked me out and was very polite and positive even with the business they had!

I was so impressed with the professionalism and efficiency with Thomas H. Shania E. Cheyenne M Michael Bennett and Frazier Steven in your Berkmar Charlottesville location. I would hire any of these young people in a heartbeat. Bravo. Mary Robinson 434 Deshawn G too!

Very polite, friendly and thorough in their inspection of my car while completing the oil change. They take the time to go over the invoice and answer all your questions. I have been going there for all my oil changes since I moved here 4 yrs ago. Would recommend to everyone.

They took care of me when another Jiffy Lube in town said they couldn’t take care of my stripped drain plug. Got my oil changed and a new drain plug all in less than twenty minutes!(:

I had raced 2 hours into town to find a family member at UVA hospital. I pulled in to store 166 due to over heating on 29. I was greated immediately. I had thought the over heating was due to an on going oil leak. The gentleman pointed out that I needed coolant and started to fill it for me. Another worker came out and brought more coolant. While I was standing there watching them deal with my bubbling mess of an engine, another fella and lady who were working came out to see if we needed help. Everyone was so kind. They would not take payment and really made my stressful day so much better. What a great group at store 166! Thank you!

Was told it would take 10-15 minutes to flush my power steering fluid, took closer to 10, they were very nice, giving me a $20 discount for providing my own fluid. I've worked with Nicholas before, always very professional, you can tell he takes pride in his work and his shop, would recommend this location to anyone.
