I needed my oil changed, tried two other "quick oil change" places in town that were rated better but found long lines, and then went here. They took the car in right away, changed the oil and checked the other fluids, and I was happily driving away in less than 10 minutes. The workers were friendly and competent. The price was the going rate. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Went and had a tire rotation and oil looked at. McKinney and April were very kind and knowledgeable. Quick and easy service!

Dana and Arthur were so helpful. Came in thinking we needed the transmission fluid , Arthur correctly identified that it wasn’t a transmission problem at all, it was the spark plugs. Swapped those out and worked with us to keep the price down and not replace the coils unless it was necessary. Very friendly and very helpful.

During an extended trip the safety plate under the engine dropped down, dragging on the highway. I called ahead and painstakingly managed to make it to this Jiffy Lube. Brandon secured the underpinning, and then said, "No charge.". Wow, such exceptional, personal service. If I lived in this area, I would be a regular customer!!

These guys are great! I went in to get an oil change and fix a flat tire. They got it done much faster than I expected and were incredibly professional and courteous the whole time.

They checked several things I asked them to and said they were okay but they would do them if I wanted to. SaIid would wait. No charge for checking. Great folks

Brandon (I didn't catch the spelling) is the best mechanic I had ever dealt with. I was on a road trip from New Jersey and my Toyota avalon needed an oil change. He took me right in and said something no other mechanic had ever told me. He said my vehicle was in pristine condition and it only needed an oil servicing. He was honest and courteous. He didn't try to upsell me and was apologetic when I had been waiting for him to finish the oil change. If I am ever stuck in Virginia again that is who I am going to!

They take pride in and care about the work they do. Got my oil changed with these guys while I was in a pinch right before a big trip hauling flowers for a wedding. After I picked up the car from them and drove to pick up the flowers, car was smoking. When I mentioned this to them they came to me on the complete other side of town to check it out, aprox 35 mins away. It was only some spilled oil burning off the engine, nothing done wrong. BUT the willingness to make sure their work was done right is clearly valued by this business.

Snappy Lube came recommended to me so I decoded to give them a try and let's just say that I am glad I did! Ever since I baught my car it has had a faint noise, honestly I've gotten used to it but the guy working on my car, Mike, came to me and told me about the noise and exactly what it was. Not only did I get my oil changed but he definitly went the extra mile and checked my car over and even fixed the noise, in an hour! Something every other mechanic has NEVER been able to do. I am so pleased with this place and even more pleased with Mikes honesty. I feel I can trust him and I do trust him with all my vehicles. He is honest, runs an honest shop, and isn't bad to look at ;-)

Been going here for years. Consistently fast and courteous. Mechanics seem to genuinely care about the quality ; and are willing to answer questions about mysterious car troubles.
