Very polite staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They took my truck right back for an oil change and tire rotation.

I came in today to get an oil change, Darnell was extremely helpful talking me through the most cost effective oil for my car. At the Jiffy Lube, I went to previously for my oil change, They didn’t tell me I needed to get my oil cap replaced. Both Joe and Darnell were able to help me find a replacement cap in a timely and cost-effective manner. Fantastic experience and I will be returning

I stopped by to get my oil changed and Darnell and Mari were very helpful in ensuring all of my needs were met. They discovered one of my back lights was out and informed me of services that will be needed in the near future. I’m going back on Saturday to get some other things fixed! I highly recommend Jiffy Lube!

I had such a wonderful experience at Jiffy Lube Multicare thanks to Darnell, Joe, and Mari! From the moment I pulled in, they made me feel completely welcome and at ease. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail were above and beyond what I expected. They took the time to walk me through what my car needed and why, explaining everything clearly so I could make informed choices without feeling pressured. You can tell they really know their stuff and care about doing things right. What stood out most was their hospitality and warmth — offering great conversation, checking in to make sure I was comfortable, and treating me with genuine care and respect. It’s rare to find a team that combines technical expertise with such heart, but this crew does it effortlessly. I left feeling confident about my car and genuinely grateful for the experience. If you’re looking for an auto shop where you’ll be treated like family and your car is in great hands, I can’t recommend Darnell, Joe, and Mari enough!

I had a really great experience here. Staff were super nice and super quick, didn’t take more 15 minutes. They did a great job at explaining everything, as someone who doesn’t know a whole lot about the ins and outs of cars, and they even gave me a discount! Overall, I had no issues with this Jiffy Lube location and they did really great work.

Darnell and the rest of the crew was very knowledgeable and kind. They changed my oil and gave me recommendations on some work i need done.
