Awesome staff every time! Love this location.

The team here is absolutely a pleasure to work with! They were engaging, professional, funny, and friendly. We brought in two vehicles for an oil change and filter replacement and had to wait a little while for the part to be delivered from a nearby store, but they continually checked in on us and apologized for the wait. I cannot recommend this location enough! We live in Puyallup but will gladly make our way back to Federal Way to visit this team again.

I had a fantastic experience at the Jiffy Lube in Federal Way! I went in for a routine oil change and was pleasantly surprised by how thorough and efficient the service was. They even performed a full winter check — tire pressure, wipers, battery, and antifreeze — which gave me extra peace of mind. The service was timely and reasonably priced, which I truly appreciated. A special shoutout to Jeanne, Dawryn, and Terrill — their professionalism and friendliness made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. And thank you to Steph for helping stick my service sticker on the car — such a small gesture, but it meant a lot! If you’re looking for reliable, honest, and quality car care in Federal Way, this team is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back!
