Came early this morning. Definitely coming back. Me and my boyfriend were only there for about 15 minutes from the time we pulled up. Very friendly employees and the manager is a cool guy!

Amanda came out to greet me quickly. She is always very friendly and knowledgeable when I visit. The people working on my car were very nice. One had glasses I didn’t catch his name. I was in and out in no time. Keep up the great work you have a customer for life !

The staff at the Jiffy lube in University Place are very professional, understating & helpful. I also learned that I can get my oil checked & topped off at any time. That is a very important help for me! My finances are very tight so it’s good to know I can get a check up on my car in between oil changes, which will help with keeping my Kia Forte in the best working machine.

Quick service & great attitude from the whole team! Often times it can feel over whelming getting my car serviced because of the lack of knowledge I have with cars, but I felt at ease with the process & all of the recommendations with my vehicle! I’m getting ready to ship my car out overseas so I’m very appreciative for the hard work put into my vehicle to ensure it’s ready for my move! Thanks to the Jiffy Lube team on Mildred! Kind people. If you’re expecting it to be a 5 minute job, it will never be. They did a quick job for the services required. People need to get better expectations of the required time of an oil change.

Jiffy lube is expensive, but the staff I had today was easy to interact with, quick, and professional.

Andrew, Peter, and Logan provided amazing customer service! Got my oil and my rear-differential fluid changed. They showed actual care for their customers. They continued to suggest items and services to help my vehicle and wasn’t pushy at all. This Jiffy Lube just might be my go-to!

Pretty quick and easy!!

When we went to Jiffy Lube for the first time, we were there about an hour before closing. Due to being in line, we went up and asked if we could be seen or if we were better off leaving to spare our time. The worker gave us a non-answer, so we decided to leave so as to not waste our time or theirs. Some time later, we got a call back from Jiffy Lube. Turns out the manager (I think?) had been made aware of our situation and he offered to have us come in and fix our issue for free since we had waited and gotten no service. We were extremely grateful and accepted even though we felt like we were not treated badly necessarily, but we were disappointed and did not want to put pressure on the staff to work past their hours. So we went and got the job done. It’s been awhile and I don’t remember the first name of the person that helped us, but the last name was Potter! 5 Thanks Harry Potter!:) I only leave a 4 star review because the next time we went back, we were treated very strangely. I left my car there because some lights were out/needing replacement, and after hours I called the store and they informed me that the car was done. When I got there they informed me that no lights had been out and that they had done an oil change (when my boyfriend had explicitly asked them not to do anything but replace the lights). We also found a wrench in the car and went back inside to give it back to the workers and they told us that they didn’t have any tools that looked like that, and it wasn’t theirs (extremely rudely). Neither my boyfriend or I have done any work on my car requiring a wrench. We’d never seen it before. So, feeling extremely weirded out, we left and accepted the free oil change. I’m not sure what to make of that experience, but I guess every shop has their bad days, or certain employees that are not up to par

Staff was great. And got me out quick.

I immediately got into have my oil changed. They were super helpful in answering all my questions and making sure my car runs properly. Super fast and quick, at a decent price!
