I had a great experience for my first time getting my oil changed. Russ and Jeff was wonderful and very kind and friendly..i would definitely be coming back and refer family and friends to come here

I am in love with how well my car drives again! Thanks to Russell and Cody my car doesn't have the weird noises it used to,drives smoothly, and doesn't hesitate while braking! I went in for them to take a look at my passenger window, and they saw the cracked gaskets / other issues. (They showed me the problems, so there was no false upcharges, they were super honest and nice!). Honestly this is one of the few places I don't feel taken advantage of just because I'm a girl. Thank you so much!!

Ivan & Jarred were very helpful at the Tumwater Jiffy Lube, Was turned down at the Lacey location & they had a mini outside. Would highly recommend going to the Tumwater location without having any problems or questions. Both Ivan and jarred deserve to be recognized.

These guys who work at Jiffy Lube at around 11am, did very Efficient/quality work. I already forgot their name Aiden maybe and another guy. Highly recommend them!

Ivan and Telei helped me with an oil change. I've been to several shops that have been highly recommended to me and as a surprise, jiffy lube has actually been a far better experience than any of those other high established shops and this location has been my favorite. They are fast, easy to talk to, and have regular maintenance information about your specific vehicle to help keep things up to date. Super appreciative of these guys and gals. Thank you for the help and making an oil change a breeze.

Ivan, Aiden, and Telei did an amazing job. All three were highly professional and had great attention to detail, even recognizing my cabin air filter was dirty, which other places missed.

Ivan and Cameron are the best people I have ever met at jiffy lube. This location in Tumwater is undefeated in terms of service and being friendly as hell. They are transparent in services and what is dire need of being done and what could be done an oil change or two down the road. This location and its people always go above and beyond the call of duty for me and I appreciate them so much! I wish all other jiffy lubes were this great, they could learn a thing or two from these guys (and occasionally girls) as they’re rock solid as they come!

Went to other auto shops for a headlight replacement and they were unable to replace the light due to my car’s battery getting in the way. I was told I would need to have my battery removed to place the new bulb in. I stopped by this Jiffy Lube location and they were super friendly and were able to replace my headlight in literally 2 minutes without taking the battery out. Would definitely recommend, great customer service!

Come here every time for oil changes. Ivan and Russel helped me out this time. Always very polite and helpful with keeping my car maintenance up to date and running well.
