I needed a WI emissions test and this location did it. I decided that since as long as I was there I'd get an oil change too. I liked it enough to keep coming back.

Pulled right in I provided a specialty oil filter for them to install so the oil change would be good for 10k miles, they had no problem with that. They did not have my air filter in stock so one of the employees ran out to pick it up and install it. They let me into the lobby and provided me cofee and water. Love this place

Explained everything that was needed and I didn’t feel pressured to say yes to everything. When I said no, they didn’t push and kept doing their job. It was a cold day and they were great.

Took my jeep here for emissions and an oil change. Very professional. Explained everything. Definitely will be coming here again.

I had an amazing experience! I got my filter replaced, an oil change, and new windshield wipers!

I feel the technician Darin is meticulous and full of 30 years of knowledge. After the oil change was complete he even wiped up afterwards. that may have been made.

Oconomowoc location is great. Everyone is laid back but professional. I've been to a few where that was not the case.
