Glad to have discovered this place hiding in plain site a few months ago. As a driver who was looking for a shop to call home for my vehicle & future fleet, I believe I found it. Great people, great vibes, they know what they are doing. Definitely care about your vehicle & safety. Can't forget the hospitality, popcorn, device charging station & clean bathroom! Appreciate this place & protect them at all cost cuz honest mechanics/oil changers are rare!

I was driving down Durand and I hit a pretty good pothole and then I noticed my tire had popped off the bead I called jiffy lube to let them know and jery and his team went out of there way to help me get a new tire and get it on the rim since I had to leave town at 5 but I am really great full for jery and his team highly recommend

Jiffy lube today is back to the days when it first opened. Major staff changes, and service qualities. I felt having better customer service and job well done.

This is my go-to favorite oil change place. I like the courteous and professional way they treat customers, especially as a woman. If something does go wrong they fix it . I had a tire pressure sensor problem once and it took a few attempts to fix it. Very happy with this place!

I’ve been coming here for a few oil changes now and Jerry is always the man when it comes to getting my car back on the road. He’s quick, and his work is always done the right way. I always leave knowing Jerry took care of me.

I visited the Durand Ave Jiffy Lube right away when they opened on a Saturday morning. Wasn’t sure the service I’d get being that early on a weekend during a snow storm. Jerry greeted me with a smile outside, and walked me in to discuss my service. From the first interaction to the last he was so helpful, informative, and the service was quick! I was so impressed with the service Jerry provided that I came back a few days later with another vehicle of ours and my three kids. He was so accommodating and offered the kids popcorn and water/soda! The kids didn’t want to come, but after were so happy we did! Thanks for such great service! ????

Friendly staff and great service. We will be back. Had synthetic oil change and a radiator flush. Also nice that they give a 15% discount for veterans and first responders.
