I brought my car in with no notice to see if they could do an oil change today. And Shane was super nice and told me absolutely, right after they finished with another vehicle. He wasn’t lying! They got me in so fast and then when Gabe came in to go over my car’s report with me, I was anxious and prepared to have to say “no” to a bunch of upsells and half-truths. Unfortunately it’s something I’m rather used to having to do because car shops tend to try to take advantage of my gender and assumed knowledge base (it’s an accurate assumption but not the point lol). So to say that talking with Gabe was refreshing is an understatement. Not only was he kind and knowledgeable, but he was completely transparent with me, something I haven’t ever experienced anywhere else. He took the time to explain everything, let me ask a bunch of questions, and there were things that the report said required “immediate attention” and Gabe reassured me that those things are actually not needed until later in my car’s mileage and gave reassurance that it’s okay to hold off on and told me when he would recommend it done based on how he would treat his car. He was also very open and honest about how much the windshield wipers would cost when I inquired, and told me about their other services without any of the pressure I usually feel, especially because as he was going over them, there were services that he told me I didn’t need either at this time or for my car type. Can you believe that? He didn’t try to make everything sound like my car *had* to have it. I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciate Gabe’s honesty and work-ethic. He is literally the sole reason I’ll continue to take my car to that specific Jiffy Lube.

Very personable staff. Was needing to get my car inspected to get my tags. Was able to get me right in. Paul then explained that my car passed inspection but did need a couple things done, which can be done at a later date. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube.
